Education and special skills

Hunter College/CUNY: 2010 - B.A. Music, Theatre minor. Studied piano, acting, playwriting, french literature and civilization. Received scholarship to serve as class assistant and accompanist for Chamber Singer and Jazz Vocal Ensemble Workshop. President of Hunter Jazz Society. Performed with Opera Club, Jazz Ensemble, Chamber Ensemble, Chambers Singers, and Jazz Vocal Ensemble in Lang Auditorium. Awarded SAF Performing Arts Grant for upcoming production of original one-woman show, "Hebomia", to be performed in the Lang Auditorium April 9, 2010.

Lewis and Clark College: 1979 - 1982  Studied piano, clarinet, voice, conducting, acting and dance.  Performed as a vocalists with The Venerable Showers of Beauty Javanese Gamelan, pianist in the Jazz Ensemble, clarinet and saxophone in Wind Ensemble and was involved in several theatrical productions as sound technician and musician.

Theatrical sound and light operation, Sibelius music transcription, Cakewalk SONAR midi sequencing and audio multi-track recording, digital sound editing (several programs), vocal and instrumental arranging, piano sightreading (complete scores and lead sheets) and improvisation.
